Too follow up with what Luke said, I wouldn't want to deal with the pressure of TARDIS ownership. Making sure I don't prevent my own birth, carefully not stepping on any butterflies, etc.

I'll take a sonic screwdriver though. I just had to look up this quote from series one:

Captain Jack Harkness: A sonic what?
The Doctor: Screwdriver!
Captain Jack Harkness: Who has a sonic screwdriver?

New Muni Web Site

The MTA launched a new web site today which consilidates Muni and the DTP into a single web site.

For being the main Muni web site, it says remarkably little about Muni, in fact it doesn't even mention what services Muni offers on the home page, nor if you link to "Transit" does it provide any useful information on the main transit page.

Here's something fun to do, try and find how to buy a parking permit.

They welcome feedback, but I doubt we'll see much change.

What's the first image that comes up when you Google your name?

Why does this have to come up first? Definitely not me, and I had no idea who this was (gay boy doesn't keep track of straight porn stars, I can't even name a gay one) until Mena filled me in.

There are some cute guys who come up, but I was board by page 10 and still hadn't come across myself. Lilia found me searching by my full name.

T-Third Street - Boarding the First Train

After two decades of planning and five years of construction, the T-Third Street line opened for limited weekend service on Saturday. After some opening remarks from Supervisors Bevan Dufty, Jake McGoldrick and a few others at Castro Station, we took the very first T-Third Street train to Kirkwood Station in Bayview. We were met there by Mayor Gavin Newsom and Supervisor Sophie Maxwell and a platform full of people waiting to greet the first train.

The Market Street Railway has this series of historic streetcar posters. Both or trolleys and San Francisco's famous cable cars. My boyfriend brian gave me a framed print of the Fishserman's Wharf design as a christmas gift.

MUNI Caught on Camera

My friend MattyMatt caught on a guy on video as he verbally assaulted the driver instead of paying his fare. The guy was such a dick the SFist story got picked up by the local news.
